3 Finished         e-TTnet: In 2003, Xiwrite collaborated with ISFOL, in E-TTNET – a project in the European Community's e-Learning Program. The goal of E-TTNET was to assess the impact of technology in vocational training and to study the way technology changes the skills required by training staff (trainers, managers, designers etc.). The study was based on case studies in a number of European countries. Xiwrite assisted ISFOL in bringing together the results of these studies in a final report: “Study of innovative practices, skills and competences in e-learning”. This report was subsequently published as Study of innovative practices, skills and competences in e-learning, CEDEFOP, 2003. Webmark ®: In 2002, Xiwrite worked with Gruppo Pragma to develop Webmark, a formal methodology for the evaluation of commercial web sites. The methodology is based on a combination of heuristic methods and laboratory tests. Since its creation, Xiwrite has collaborated with Gruppo Pragma, in a number of projects, in which the methodology was used to “benchmark” the sites of major corporate customers and to identify possible improvements.     3
